Day-of rhythm
Every main-day module (0–7):
- Animation (2–4 min) —
media/modules/mod-XX-*.mp4(or voiceover fallback) - Think & Discuss (5–12 min) — informal oral discussion using reflection prompts (trainer answer keys per module); no written capture
- Theory (10–20 min) — module page §3
- Quiz (2–3 min) — Google Form (multiple choice, auto-scored)
- Practice — exercises or Module 7 open discussion
